Story of this Art:
Golden lanterns glowed like captured stars, their warm amber light cutting through the swirling curtain of ivory snowflakes. A winding street curved through the heart of the mountain village, its cobblestone path slick with fresh snow and reflecting the lanternlight like a rippling mirror. The wooden houses, layered in heavy blankets of powder-white snow, leaned together as if whispering old secrets beneath the smoky breath rising from their chimneys.

Beyond the rooftops, a colossal mountain stood guard, its jagged peak dusted with silver-white snow and glowing faintly in the pale, golden haze of twilight. The air smelled of pine smoke and melting frost, the sounds muffled by the snowfall except for the occasional creak of wood or the distant murmur of voices hidden behind frosted windows. Each home pulsed with a warm glow, their amber-lit panes promising laughter, warmth, and perhaps the scent of rice and soup wafting from the hearth.

The red lanterns, adorned with delicate patterns like falling leaves, swayed gently in the icy breeze, casting soft circles of crimson light onto the snowy road. They seemed almost alive, guiding travelers through the snow-dusted village like watchful spirits. Smoke curled upwards in slow gray ribbons, blending with the thick winter clouds that blanketed the sky.

It was the first evening of the Winter Festival, when villagers honored the mountain spirit.
