  • Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, we will assess your eligibility for a return and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) if approved. Please include this RA# on the return package.
  • Return Shipment: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned item.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, provided that the returned product is in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
